I am READING THESE TWO POOR REVIEWS OF MY COMPANY AND I AM THINKING IF I DID NOT KNOW US I WOULD BE RELUCTANT IN USING US, SO I WILL ANSWER THESE REVIEWS ON AT A TIME. THE FIRST ONE OF THE $390.00 OIL SERVICE, I DO NOT KNOW WHO IT IS? BUT IF THAT IS THE CASE WE HAVE LAWS IN OUR INDUSTRY AND IF WE DID SOMETHING ILLEGAL OR UNETHICAL THE BBB OR THE BUREAU WOULD SHUT US DOWN AND MORE SO WE WOULD BE IN JAIL, SO I SAY TO THIS PERSON, WHAT WAS REALLY THE PROBLEM, DID YOU TRY AND GET ONE OVER AND COULD NOT? OR ARE YOU BROKE AND CAN NOT FIX YOUR CAR AND BLAME US FOR IT?

Mike Miller Toyota has a high quality service center behind the showroom. They have very friendly staff. You need to fix an appointment for service during the weekends. They send reminder letters well before your service is due. They also mail you discount coupons for oil change and other services and spare parts. They have a nice waiting area with TV, chairs and vending machines. They usually don't exceed the original estimate that they give you. They also call you to let you know that your car is ready.

I took my vehicle in for the first time about a year ago when i first moved to Culver City. Dimitri, the owner, was very friendly and gave a competetive quote for the work I needed done. I've been back several times since, even had a couple small things done for free! Check them out.

I have been going to Davis Bros. for over 15 years for service on my brakes, new tires, wheet alignment on all my cars I have had from a Honda Civic to both of My Lexus (GS350 and ES300). They are family owned honest and great people. The owners are customer service professionals and Larry, one of the Service Supervisors is Awesome!
I would highly recommend before you try anyplace else!

I needed a battery that is so quaint and to me is not well-known. You definitely can't find it in a grocery store, or convenience store. But you can find it in Batteries Plus with no problem. They will fix and input the battery in whatever item and assist you in any way needed beyond that. The hours are good as they open at 8am and close late evening. However, they are not open on Sundays.

It was my 1st time there and was NOT happy with the service. They quoted me 2 1/2 to 3 hour wait for a MINOR maintance, which I was already a bit bummed about such a long wait but then again what can you do right? So I said Ok hoping that it will be ready earlier and headed to their DMV like waiting room where I waited 3 1/2 hours!!! That is after I hassled them a couple of times asking about where my car was . The worst part is after I paid, the lady there asked me if I could fill out their survey telling me that anything but Excellent is a failure. I planed on NOT giving them the excellent review but when I got home I noticed that the lady ripped out the survey form! I saw her ripping some part of the page off but I didn't think it was the actual survey form! She must have filled it out as Excellent herself and mailed it out! Isn't that illegal??? I do not recommend this place...I only went there because it was close to my new place but I guess I'm going to have to look for somewhere else now :(
Pros: They have a coffee vending machine in the waiting room
Cons: long wait, doesn't rinse the car (Penske toyota did), un inviting waiting room

I received good service and repair. I recommended this shop to two of my friends. He was recommended by a third friend to me. These repairs were varied, not just transmission services. This is a small repair shop, not fancy but I found the owner to be honest, flexible and pretty fast in turning around the repair he did for me. My friends really liked his work too.
Pros: much less than the dealer would have charged
Cons: hard to park there and no reception area

After charging for labor and failing to diagnose the problem, the service manager was extremely impatient and implied that the failure was mine. Both the technicians and the management are less than competant. Unless you would like to lose some time and money, stay away from Albertson.
