After charging for labor and failing to diagnose the problem, the service manager was extremely impatient and implied that the failure was mine. Both the technicians and the management are less than competant. Unless you would like to lose some time and money, stay away from Albertson.

Great experience with VW Repair. My VW warranty recently expired I needed new brake pads and rotors. I had no idea where to go...all I know is that I was never ever returning to Santa Monica VW which used abused and cheated me for 3 years. I called several different places and felt very comfortable with these guys on the phone. They are friendly honest ProfessionalFactory Trained and all the Factory tools and Computer Scannerquick and explain everything. My brakes were fixed in less than 24 hours and my car washed when I picked it up (Santa Monica VW used to return my car dirtier than I left it!. I am very pleased with the reasonable pricing 25 % less than VW dealer. The friendly and quality service I received. Thanks I will be back!

I needed a battery that is so quaint and to me is not well-known. You definitely can't find it in a grocery store, or convenience store. But you can find it in Batteries Plus with no problem. They will fix and input the battery in whatever item and assist you in any way needed beyond that. The hours are good as they open at 8am and close late evening. However, they are not open on Sundays.

In addition they held on to my driver's license and check card for too long when I decided to look at other dealers ... A very bad experience stay away from this dealership!!

I got my transmission done here 2 years ago on 2000 Honda Odessy. During the 7 years I had to change the transmission 3 times and it was covered by factory warranty. It was a lemon car. None the less the 4th one miller honda wanted to charge 3 grand and I took over to These guys and they did it for 2 grand and it works like magic. Thanks guys... I recommend you guys to anybody.
