I have been a customer of Rony's since 2002. I was referred by someone who had been going to Rony's for several years, and was a very satisfied customer.
I am very attached to my 1990 Mazda Miata and have made it a point to find honest, trustworthy, competent and fair mechanics, over the years. I am happy to report that Rony and his staff have kept my treasured car alive and well! Whenever there has been a problem, they have worked to make sure that it is resolved. I have had an occasion to use their body repair services and the results were absolutely amazing!
My then boyfriend and now husband has been a loyal customer over the last 5 years and would not go anywhere else.
Love the staff! Thanks, guys for all the great work!

I didn't expect someone to personally help me find all the items I was looking for, but not only did the employee personally help me find several items I was looking for, he even came out to my car to ensure the part was correct before I purchased it. And, the store carried all the items I needed. Very pleased with my experience!

I took my car in for a flat tire and got two new tires put on it. When I picked the car up it had the two new tires, plus FOUR newly damaged rims. All four rims had been scratched and gouged across their entire surfaces. When I pointed this out, they first denied all responsibility and acused me of making it up. Luckily my wife had taken a picture of the flat tire that CLEARLY showed the rim in perfect condition one hour prior to their service.
The manager finally agreed that they were responsible but that he had to get clearance from his boss to repair it. After three weeks of him dodging my calls, I finally got a hold of the "boss" myself at the home office. He said no problem, and they would be happy to pay for refinishing all four rims.
I took the car back to to have this done and ANOTHER manager now told me they would only refinish two of the rims. I agreed to the work, but said I still expected all four done as promised. When I picked the car up, he them called me a liar and told me I was a jerk for getting his technician in trouble.
So now I still have two damaged rims and the "boss" isn't returning return my calls. I was a ten year customer, and THIS was how they treated me. Just imagine how they will treat YOU.
Pros: used to be decent

I really feel listened to and understood. They even make sure I truly understand what is wrong before they fix it and why. They are great for me..All work is guarantied without argument. Prices are not high and is truly a value when you consider you get what you pay for and the piece of mind that if the work is not to your liking it will be corrected/refunded.
