The pizza here is fine. It's not the best I've had, but it serves its purpose. An in-person visit was an enjoyable sit down served by an inexperienced, yet energetic high schooler. My eggplant parm was fine and my friend enjoyed the very spicy fra diavolo (maybe too spicy, but we were warned). Jack C. needs to calm down with his obviously biased review. He is yet another example of why these online reviews mean nothing. I do accept the irony, however, but have nothing to gain or lose by writing these words.

I was very troubled when I read the other review here of Tony's Pizza. I work at a local Children's party place, and we eat Tony's Pizza practically 7 days a week - it is hands down the best Parlor Pizza i've EVER had. I've lived in various places in New Jersey - and usually get tired of one shop after a while - but not w/ Tony's. I believe it's in the sauce.... unbelievably out of this world - i would suggest the pizza that has chunks of chicken, tomato & fresh mottzarella DELISH!
The decor isn't FABULOUS - but it doesn't need to be - the food speaks for itself!
Bottom line - try it for yourself - reasonable prices... you've got nothing to lose :)

This pizzareia is so bad that I would not even recomend it to my worst enemies. Nothing about this place is good. It is not particularly attractive the service is sub-par and the pizza is bad. The pizza tends to have a nasty shiny cheese on it and I have seen pieces with hair in it. With all the pizzareia's in Cranford there is absolutly no need to ever even consider going to Tony's.
