Pros: Tells you "they are working on it"
Cons: They damage more than they fix. Lies Lies Lies to customers!!

The owners are always so honest! I was told by somebody else that I needed some work done, and went to them intending to spend money, and all I really needed was to rotate my tires. Quick service too, everytime.

I have tried numerous times to try and give Circuit City a shot. We purchased a television several months ago and ended up waiting 2 hours for them to bring it to us from the back storeroom. The service is horrendous. The majority of their staff is teenagers and they just are generally not helpful and also not very knowledgeable. We even purchased online and were assured that our product would be ready within 20 minutes of arriving to pick it up. 1 1/2 hours later . . . we were still waiting.

Autozone has reasonable prices, but the customer service is not the greatest. It seems that every time we've gone in there, the employees are on personal phone calls and it takes quite a while to either get a part of ask about a part. I would suggest going to a smaller auto parts dealer

This tire center is very convenient. It's located on Highway 190. The customer service is good. I found that the tires were a little more pricey than some of the other tire stores around, but for the convenience and the customer service, it's worth the extra price
