Be careful 2/10/2010

I had my oil changed and they did their best to get me to take every service they offered. (They all do that) The only thing that bothered me was their suggestion that I change the automatic transmission fluid. I was shown the dipstick and the color was a light brown. I was told it was supposed to be blue. I took the car back to the dealer who told me that if they put "blue" fluid in a Hundai, they might be owing me a transmission. The color of the fluid is supposed to be "root beer". I found it odd that the transmission needed service with only 24,000 miles on the car. Be careful. They'll get you if they can.. more

Don't go there! 8/8/2005

I went to Oil Can Henry's to get a "15 minute" oil change. I was there well over an hour (with two children in the car), got fleeced into buying something I didn't need, and was overcharged on the oil. However, that wasn't the worst part! Annoyingly, the man who changed my oil flirted with me the whole hour - again, my kids were in the car! My husband has also stopped going there because a female employee hit on him the entire time! It's like it's in their handbook - and they won't leave their customers alone. more
