Robins Ford has a no pressure kind of sales department. You need to go down there because their internet sales department ignores you and sends out email templates. The woman that is in the internet department doesn't seem to think that an online purchase is the same or gives you the same attention as a walk-in customer... shame on her! Service is easy and nice to deal with. They seem to have a change of employees back there but it still gets done for you the right way.

I have taken my car in for service twice to this dealership. The first time was for a recall part replacement. I made a service appointment and when I showed up for the appointment, I was told the part had not arrived - I expected a call to cancel the appointment. The second time I took my car in for service, I didn't even need to leave it as the Service Adviser was able to fix it on the spot. It was so nice to have the first contact have the knowledge take care of the problem conveniently.

I have taken my Ford Mustang to Theodore Robins for over 4 years for service and have been truly satisfied with their work and warranty on parts and services they have provided. I continue to get my oil changes and the recommended services performed there. Steve Noches is the best Service Advisor so be sure to ask for him!
