I graduated from a University and later took a course at Orange Coast College for self development. The class was challenging and it was almost on-par with some of the courses that I took at the University. The professor taught the class well and he, throughout the semester, helped those that wanted to transfer with announcements and after class assistance.
If you're interested in saving money and transferring to a large University after a year or two, I would highly recommend attending OCC.

I graduated and got my AA from Orange Coast College. I think Orange Coast College is a great junior college to attend. It has a beautiful campus, plenty of programs to pick from, and it is better then GWC or Cypress. The last time I went to Orange Coast College was last month, they have all sort of new building and some are still under construction.

Orange Coast College is such a great school because most UC or CA preferred it over Golden west. OCC just finish their art and tech building. If you ever been in there, you would notice how beautiful it is. The building look state of the art and it is state of the art inside too with all sort of machineries. The students who I have class with love it. OCC is also building new building with the Measure C fund and it look great on the drawing.
