I went to Champion on March 14, 2009. I purchased a Yamaha Zuma 125. Art put zero pressure on me to buy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price on it. I have never ridden before but he gave me pointers. He even did a demo ride for me. Dave from the Finance dept was awesome. He again put no pressure on me to get the extended warranty and even offered to knock off about $250 on the warranty as well. I did take the warranty by the way. He also gave me pointers on riding since he races dirt bikes. Overall very pleasant experience. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I definetly recommend going there and checking the place out. Staff is great there. Pros: Friendly service all around, no pressure to buy Cons: None
