The guys at Grand Prix have been taking care of me and my family's cars for the last 20 years. Berj is great and is always so helpful and accomodating. Save yourself the trouble and just bring your car to Grand Prix next time.

these guys always take such good care of me. i don't trust anyone else with my car. have been going there for years and have recommended them to all of my friends and family. have never regretted recommending them. they are honest, fair, the best at what they do and great to do business with!

I went to Champion on March 14, 2009. I purchased a Yamaha Zuma 125. Art put zero pressure on me to buy. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a great price on it. I have never ridden before but he gave me pointers. He even did a demo ride for me.
Dave from the Finance dept was awesome. He again put no pressure on me to get the extended warranty and even offered to knock off about $250 on the warranty as well. I did take the warranty by the way. He also gave me pointers on riding since he races dirt bikes.
Overall very pleasant experience. Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. I definetly recommend going there and checking the place out. Staff is great there.
Pros: Friendly service all around, no pressure to buy

I got a puncture in my tire they said come in get it fix for free. Took my car in without inspection glance at my tire and the guy suggest that I need new tire, the reason is because I drove on it too long. The truth of the matter is I drove on it for only a block. I took my tire to another location this person took my tire out and inspect my tire and the side wall is in good condition. Plug in the hole and I am good to go! I know enconomy is bad but geesh these ppl have no moral.

If you are in the market for a Subaru or wagon, look at the Saab 92x. It's mechanically almost identical to those models (built on the same assembly line), looks nicer, has upgraded steering, better sound isolation and stiffer suspension. With the current $4,500 rebate + $1000 GM hot button bonus, it ends up being cheaper than the subies with a longer warranty and scheduled maintenances.

Formerly Balboa Import Repair, I have used this shop for more than 20 years. I have had new and classic cars serviced at this establishment. I have NEVER had a bad or disappointing experience. Ken, the shop owner is knowledgeable, honest, hard working, professional and very capable. He has done a great job on everything from oil changes to complete engine rebuilds. He has done a great job of tracking down hard to find parts for my older/classic cars. I trust Ken!
