I saw Battery Mart in the yellow pages. I decided to drop by Battery Mart to buy some replacement battery for a few UPS I got at the flea market. Battery Mart customer service was really helpful and very fast. I was able to find the replacement batteries. I would recommend Battery Mart to everyone who in need for any sort of battery.

I had a flat tire so I chose Big O since they are only a couple miles away from me. When I walked in I was greeted right away. The guy came out and looked at the tire on the car and I told him I wanted the flat tire fix. They took the car in and I walked down the street. They said they would call me on my cell phone when they were done and gave me an hour and a half wait time. I was back at the location in an hour and sat in the waiting area for about 15 more minutes before the guy acknowledged me there and said that the car had been done for a half an hour. He gave me the bill, which was quite reasonable and then mentioned them, had to rotate the tires (which I was expected). Yeah, Perfect...
PROS: they do good work
CONS: Probably upsell stuff you don't need

The guys at Grand Prix have been taking care of me and my family's cars for the last 20 years. Berj is great and is always so helpful and accomodating. Save yourself the trouble and just bring your car to Grand Prix next time.

I got a puncture in my tire they said come in get it fix for free. Took my car in without inspection glance at my tire and the guy suggest that I need new tire, the reason is because I drove on it too long. The truth of the matter is I drove on it for only a block. I took my tire to another location this person took my tire out and inspect my tire and the side wall is in good condition. Plug in the hole and I am good to go! I know enconomy is bad but geesh these ppl have no moral.
Pros: nothing!
