This is a great very healthy way to work out. This place is very nice and relaxing. They all types of yoga. anything from beginners to advanced. They even have a seat yoga. Though i have never done that myself. The owner Leeza is very interested in making other people feel healthy too. Yoga is great for ladies that are about to have a baby or ladies that have already had a baby. i really think you should give this place a try. the price is decent and they even have a year around price.

Truly a relaxing experience, friendly staff and a tranquil setting. Facial, massages, and other beauty treatment are the best. The owner, Divina does great facials, very relaxing. If you want to pamper yourself or someone special a gift card from this spa would be ideal.

My friend went here for self defense classes, and was kicking ass in no time. Some later tried to steal her purse, she hit him, but he still ran off with it. So in the end i guess it didn't work, but apparently it was still pretty fun. I think i know some more people that are going to go start here.

I got a free massage here and any time you get a free massage it is worth it. The best part is that it is right next to one of the best golf courses in the area. Everyone should visit both. If you want to same some money look in the news paper and they always have some coupons in there so you could save even more then other places.
