Although I've seen many negative comments reguarding Room 107, I am happy to say that my experience and many of my friends experiences have been nothing less than satisfactory. No, the phone calls don't come as often as I would have liked however, I order my furniture before I vacation (many times) and have it ready when I return. I've delt with these people for five years now and have referred many people in my area and out of state as well. All has turned out just fine. I highly recommend that you sign off on dimentions, color selections and any pictures you provide to ensure the product you expect is the product you recieve.

They have the best service out of all the stores in the area, I think you can get just about anything here. They have cheap ink too. Well cheap for ink, and if you get them empty cartridges they give you a pack of paper.

Poor customer service. Delivery was schuled and changed several times by Madison furniture. The entertainment center was delivered damaged in July. To date (Nov. 28 2007) the problem has not be resolved. The manager does not seem to understand what customer service means and correcting the situation.
Pros: nice furniture
