I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my purchase of a new heating and air conditioning system from Walton's. I had received two other quotes from big chain stores contractors, the Walton's quote was several thousand less for exactly the system I wanted. That was the good part. The great part was the installation. The crew went way out of thier way to relocate the new furnace giving me back some very valuable storage space. Clean, professional and not a penny more than the quote even with all the extra work they did. Highly Recommended

If your heating or air conditioner does not work all of the sudden, this is a place you can call to inquire and they will send out a technician to take a look at. It can be costly depending on what the problem is. I like them because they respond pretty quick compared to other companies and nice customer service.

The staff here was great. I called in about some vandalism at my store. We had been tagged with graffiti by a local gang. We called the hot line and they were able to remove the graffiti for us the same day. Also, they helped us inform the police of the recent activity of the gang, and they were able to make sure it didn't happen again.

Their quality of their workers was pretty high. They helped me build a little patio on the side of my house. The patio stood for about 14 years, until someone drove their car into it. And ak gave me a discount for going to them again because i was a loyal to their company. In the end the patio they replaced it with still stands.
