ReMax is by far the most honest, personable real estate business in Coralville. With "Mr Coralville" at the helm, this business can't be anything but superb!
I have been a satisfied client of theirs for over 15 years, having had them list and sell my condo for me when I married and then having used them to purchase our present home as well. In both cases they handled the sales with ease, something that any home bu eyer will admit to being a #1 priority!
They are knowledgeable about the area, the local schools, banks and business' and more than that they care about their clients and about the community as well. Ask anyone in Coralville about ReMax and they will tell you, they are #1 in the business.

Off an on over the last few summers, my wife and I have been browsing the housing market. During one of our stops, we came upon a house that was being shown by Ted Jacobsen. While we were there, he was friendly and listened to our wants and desires. He had a few ideas for places to show us. Even though we were not at a point to sell our house and buy a new one, he still took the time to invest in us. His character really won my wife over as a Realtor that we could trust. We will definitely be contacting Ted in the future when we are ready to buy/sell.

In our dealings with Lou Ann at Iowa Realty, we were not left with a feeling that we were dealt with in a truly professional manner. Our experience with Lou Ann was as first time home buyers. Apparently she was not pleased when we brought up that our loan would be a VHA loan either. To this day, I have a hard time not getting upset over our purchase experience 8 years ago.
