Good food here. I like their chicken fried chicken, covered with country gravy. What's disappointing is they took away their salad bar! It used to have great salad toppings, huge chunks of ham, and these cinnamon chips to top off your salad. For dessert, I recommend the bread pudding. Servings are huge. You'll definitely have leftovers.

I miss going to Claim Jumper's. Of course, with the HUGE portions they give you , you can't go here everyday. It's hard to choose what to get from their menu since everything is pretty good. I love their chicken tenders. Fried just right and it works as a meal and a half. And it's only an appetizer!! The ore cart is just an enormous amount of food. With all you can eat salad thrown in, who can finish it? And their chocolate motherload six layer cake looks so good, but after all the food for dinner, I never had room to try it.

Claim jumpers is a great place for any event. The food there is great and there is a lot of variety. I think the only thing bad about it is that it is so hard to decide on a dish since there are so many. Many people say that restaurants with a big menu aren't that good because restaurants should concentrate on one type of food, but i have tried many different dishes and they are all so great! My favorites have to be the Rotisserie Chicken, Brie Chicken Sandwich, Chicken & Buttermilk Biscuits and Honey Blonde Fish & Chips. Their portions are huge and are enough to take home and eat for another meal. The prices are okay given that it is basically two meals worth of food. The atmosphere is great and we always have fun when go there. They do not take reservations, however you can sometimes call ahead and tell them you'll be there in an hour and to put you on the list. Otherwise the wait is usually over an hour during rush hours.
