Party Time Paper and Crafts is a nice store with some fun things to do- a real party store! Located convieniently off the highway, most of Walnut Creek and neighbhoring cities can get into this Concord Store. The people there are pretty friendly as well and they have some nice things. A fair selection as well. Great for themed parties for the kiddos!

Party Time is located in a shopping area that is quite far from the freeway so it's location isn't really very convenient for those of us who don't live in Concord. Their storefront sign is large and can easily be spotted. The store is a relatively big one carrying party supplies, art & crafts supplies and novelties. I seems like some of their merchandise have been on their shelves a long time and some of their prices are a bit on the expensive side..

This is a relatively large party supply store located in a shopping plaza that is quite a long drive from the I-680 freeway. It's location is not really very convenient for most shoppers . Parking though is plentifull since it's in a shopping plaza. They also have a large storefront sign so they are hard to miss. They have several aisles for party planning, arts & crafts and novelties. I think their products a bit comparatively higher than other stores that sell similar items. Their merchandise also look like they have been on their shelves for quite a long time.

Party time is great for finding party supplies. They have a great assortment of party suppies, wrapping paper, ballons and cake decorationing supplies. at halloween they also have tons of customes and decoration for all ages. I bought supplies for birthday parties, bridal showers and baby showers from them and have been very happy with all they things i have bought.
