I took my toddler here for a haircut. I gave 2 simple instructions, leave it long and neaten it up. On the first cut she took off the whole front, 2 inches fell. I said, "leave it long, please!" Her response was "he's hard to cut". The sides and back are a mess, totally uneven, and the front is gone! His hair looks like my toddler cut it himself. HORRIBLE! They are lousy haircutters, rude and unprofessional!! more

Disappointed Consumer 3/21/2010

This is the WORST Lemon Tree salon I have ever visited on Long Island.The staff is unprofessional: the haircutter did not once introduce herself to me and her manner ranged from curt to rude; there is an air of hostility towards the clients: I came in with a $12.00 coupon which was initially accepted by the male receptionist but after my shampoo, another haircutter challenged the coupon saying it could not be accepted. My hair is short and all I wanted was a TRIM! I did get my trim and paid just $12.00 but the staff has much to learn about running a client-centered BUSINESS. I'll NEVER go there again. more
