My furnace has been giving me trouble for some time now. I looked up the list of contractors on my home warranty list, and decided to go with Quality Air. They sent somebody out the next day. Although they were scheduled between 12-3pm, around 10 am that morning, Quality called me to ask if they could come early. Tony arrived within a half hour, and went right to work. He was quite professional. After he determined the problem, he said he had the part I needed on order, and that I should have it installed within a matter of days. Despite being left with the part which needs to be replaced, my heater has been working a lot better. So at least he tried to make my life more comfortable (and warm!) in the meantime. Up to now, I'm quite impressed!

I go to Rousch Hardware's Dublin store. Their service is terrific - they have a welcome desk when you enter and personally walk you right to what you're looking for. If you care about Service, support stores like Rousch - otherwise there will be nothing left but WalMart in the coming years....yuck! Go locally owned stores with Great Service!!

We got to know CE when we lived in Clintonville, but we've gone back for the service and the prices. They have the nicest delivery guys, and even the guy who drives the truck is interested in making sure you are happy with your purchase. I've only had one problem, a freezer door that was scratched as they brought it in. They gave me a discount, and handed me a bottle of touch-up paint for free.
Its hard to find service like this anymore.

This place is on Indianola, and sells a nice variety of motorized yard tools and mowers. I've never bought from them, but they've serviced my mower and chainsaw. They are really nice people, who go out of their way to help you out, even giving you directions to a competitor if they don't service your brand.
They also usually have a really cool chainsaw sculpture or two in front. I drooled over an alligator once, but at 800 bucks I couldn't afford it. But they are fun to look at!
