Aside from being a sharp athletic club, my wife says it's like taking our kids to school. They teach spanish for goodness sake...FREE. The kids club and programming pays for the membership. They offer a lot of social events that we like to involve ourselves. It's fun and oh we like to work out there.

When I was new to the Columbus area I was very pleased to find this jewel. The instructors are wonderful. They are very down to earth and encouraging during classes. The atmosphere really helps create a peaceful mind to help aid in the meditative aspects of yoga. Beginners are welcome and encouraged. The location can be difficult for some since it is downtown.

Jenny Craig is a great plan if you are trying to lose weight. The food is delicious and after a couple of days you get used to the portions and aren't hungry. It is a little expensive, but you eat well-balanced meals, and meet with someone once a week. That really helps to keep you motivated!

It had an exipry date, but I explained that I had fallen and hurt my back and had not been able to use it. They extended it 3 days..
It was the BEST massage I've ever had! I was so relaxed when she was done, all I wanted to do was sleep!!!
She found the muscles that really needed working out and took a sore spot that I had had for over a year...when she was done, it was GONE!!!
It was amazing and wonderful to know that you don't have to be a member to use the spa!

The house is very relaxing, and extremely comfortable. Classes range from easy to difficult. This place is great for beginners to practice yoga. They have very experienced and certified instructors. They provide high quality of instructions and they know how to get you started in a perfect way. Their advanced classes are good as well. But I would highly recommend them to beginners.

The Arena District Athletic Club is one the most friendliest and cleanest gyms out there. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, they really try to learn your name, which is something small but nice. The equipment is brand new and always clean. The cardio machines offer TV's at each location for your enjoyment while working out.
This is not a place where people go to be seen. It's not a single club, its a place to work out. People are serious about staying fit and the nice thing is there aren't "muscleheads" running around everywhere.
They also offer a variety of classes that are included with your membership from Yoga and Pilates to spinning and boot camp.

Flex Featyres a full sized Gym with the latest and greatest equipement. Not to mention the saunas, and steam rooms, jacuzzis, private rooms, ampitheatre, video rooms. The Staff is very friendly, proffessional and discreet. Provides hours of fun for gay men. This place is highly recommended by all patrons. The price is a bargain for all that you get.

The Columbus Sports Connection is a clean, well-lighted space. Besides free weights and machines, they offer spinning, pilates, yoga and aerobics. There's a nice mix of ages and sexes, and not at all dominated by perfect bodies. Child care is also offered.
