Besides the fact that this place is supposedly haunted and ghosts are one of my biggest fears, I absolutely love it and have become quit the regular! They make the best drinks, the food is consistently delicious and the service staff is very friendly . The food is reasonably priced for a downtown restaurant, and the beer is excellent especially the dark horse. I have never been a fan of dark beer, but this is one to try even if you never have been a dark beer drinker in the past. As far as the food goes I especially love the crab cakes but the rock filet is really fun for a special occasion. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and is definitly the spot for an amazing date night, a night out on the town with friends, or for relaxation after a long day at work. I've been to 5 ruths chris' nationwide (columbus,chicago, philly, king of prussia, westchester) and ALWAYS have a great dining experience whether alone or with my family. The columbus restaurant is always clean, great food, and great service.
Pros: ALL of their food is top notch

My husband and I recently celebrated my birthday at M and it exceeded both of our expectations! The drinks at the bar were unique and delicious, our server was knowledgable and made great reccomendations on food and wine, and our dinners were some of the best we've ever had! Overall, it was a birthday to remember because of the staff at M and we will definitely return again and again!

Only visited here once a little while back and was very happy that I did. The chicken salad was huge and very delicious. The few steak fries that I was able to snatch off my girlfriend's plate were awesome as well! It's not a huge place so I could see it being a little uncomfortably crowded on a friday or saturday night, but that shouldn't be reason enough to stop you from going!

My husband and I recently went to Mitchell's to celebrate our first anniversary...we ended up being very happy that we did. We both ordered steak (he got a N.Y. strip, I got the filet) and we thought it was outstanding! My husband even said it was the best steak he has ever had, and he has had a lot of them. He's a self-proclaimed connoisseur of steak, and in this case I'd definitely have to agree that Mitchell's has the best. After filling up on the great bread that they serve and the steak, we were too full to try any of the desserts. I'm sure, though, that the desserts are unbelievable.
Of course, I can't forget to mention the service. The best way to put it would be to say that the service was as good as the steak. The service was fantastic! Even though we drove up in a 1998 Mazda, the valet treated us the same as he would a person driving the latest-model BMW. Our server treated us like VIPs, despite the fact that we were both outfitted in our best from Old Navy. They treat everyone equally, which I've found to be a rarity at high-end restaurants.
The only negative was the price. Even though it was really expensive, it was worth every penny. It was the perfect place for us to celebrate our first year of marriage...and our second, our third, fourth...I'm sure you get what I'm saying. We might have to start saving our money now, though...
Pros: The food, service, ambience...great for special occasions

I've been here numerous times and when someone is craving Italian food, this is the first place I think of. I'd really recommend the Calamari (Ask for both sauces on the side) and the Mussels as appetizers (Forget the name of it, sorry). The dishes are all great and portions are just right. I personally get the Pork Chop Marsala, which is a "Daily Special". I really can't say you can go wrong though, I've had/tasted a lot of their dishes and never thought any less of it. It's nice enough as a special occasion and casual enough as just a night out.

Best restaurant in Columbus. I travel all over the U.S and am always happy to come back to Rigsbys. Eat here once a week when in town. Interesting place as you can wear black tie and gown or blue jeans and sweater and everyone is comfortable with it. Servers are outstanding, watchful and really know about the food they serve. When Richard and Roger play jazz on Wednesday night you couldn't hear better music in NYC. Also easy to order just small plates or a full dinner menu. Just a fun place to hang out and watch the passing parade.
Pros: consistently terrific food in all areas

I have been in Columbus for three years and have found it to be a better city than I thought I must say that once I went to Brownstone I saw what the this city could be. The place reminded me of being in New York or D.C.. The food was great and service very good. The thing that makes the place is the food combined with the music. We ate upstairs and went downstairs to hear a very good band. The best thing about the evening was we did not get there until 11:30pm and were still able to eat from the main menu. This city needs more of that late night experince. I will be going to Brownstone on a regular basis.
