LOVED them! They came when they said they would. They talked with me, they gave a very very reasonable estimate for the work to be done. They were at the house promptly to do the gutter/downspout cleaning & caulking. They were thorough, professional, cleaned up after themselves, and did all that was expected. I will be using them again and again! Good job!!!

I was on line looking for plumbers to get estimates for a water line from the road to the house (Westgate Park area). I had rec'd two estimates, then I found Clive thru Service Magic. He came out and gave me an estimate that was in line with or better than the others. He followed up with a phone call (the others didn't). He was wonderful, like talking to a friend. I gave him the job and I'm glad I did. Clive and Carl got here at 8:00 a.m. and worked untill after 7:00p.m. They did a great job. Clive is a great guy. I am so happy to find what I feel is a honest man to deal with. I plan to use him again and again. He treated us right.

If you're looking for every single tool or material known to man you'll need to go to Lowes but if you want the standard stuff then a trip to Trustworthy is in your interest. The staff is always helpful and gives great advice. The prices are a bit more than what you'd pay at the mega stores but they aren't ridiculous. The only downside is I had keys made there once that were done sort of poorly. Every other service I've had there was done without problem.

My furnace has been giving me trouble for some time now. I looked up the list of contractors on my home warranty list, and decided to go with Quality Air. They sent somebody out the next day. Although they were scheduled between 12-3pm, around 10 am that morning, Quality called me to ask if they could come early. Tony arrived within a half hour, and went right to work. He was quite professional. After he determined the problem, he said he had the part I needed on order, and that I should have it installed within a matter of days. Despite being left with the part which needs to be replaced, my heater has been working a lot better. So at least he tried to make my life more comfortable (and warm!) in the meantime. Up to now, I'm quite impressed!

I really like this business because of the excellent customer service. Everyone I've talked to is courteous and friendly. Their servicemen are knowledgeable and prompt. They do not repair electrical appliances as far as I know. Their prices are competitive and their workmanship exceeds expectation

I go to Rousch Hardware's Dublin store. Their service is terrific - they have a welcome desk when you enter and personally walk you right to what you're looking for. If you care about Service, support stores like Rousch - otherwise there will be nothing left but WalMart in the coming years....yuck! Go locally owned stores with Great Service!!
