I was not impressed - I tried Lynn twice and each time I was very disappointed. I asked for color with highlights and I turned into a 'bleached freak' - I returned within the week to have her 'fix' - not much better but I was going out of town. I let it grow out and returned asking to 'just cover the gray' - again she 'foiled' and much to my dismay again I turned into a 'bleached freak' - I asked right then and there (4 hours later) to fix - she put a toner on but now the color is 4 different shades and I don't know where to go to get it fix. I don't want to return and spend another $150 and 4-6 hours sitting waiting for somebody to figure out what they are suppose to do. And, the cut/style sucked - I don't think she knows what a 'style' is - anyway sorry for blabbing - just very disappointed and BROKE! Pros: friendly environment Cons: parking

I have been a customer of the Laura Gregory Salon since it's existence and followed them from their days at the Downtown Lazarus. I have gone to other salons and have not ever been treated the way I am at the Laura Gregory. Upon arrival, there is always a smiling face waiting to greet me at the door, to take my coat and offer me something to drink. All the stylist know me by name and treat me with dignity and respect from the moment I walk in. I am a regular client of Greg's but if I am not able to get in with him, I am confident that any one of the other stylist can step up and fill his shoes. They all are so friendly and up-to-date on their styling techniques and products. I have never gotten bad service or never not like my hair when I leave the salon. If you are looking for the BEST full-service salon in the Columbus area, this is the place. Keep up the great service. Pros: Best Professional, Friendly Service in Town

Not impressed with my haircut, even though Lynn was very kind and asked me what I wanted, when she said she didn't know yet how to 'do bangs', that left me afraid. Also, I've never had anyone use the 'cool' setting and a regular hairbrush to dry my wavy hair. Even though everyone was really nice, it's the cut that matters. I'd rather have an unfriendly stylist cut my hair and me leave happy with my new 'do. I won't be going back. I think I will try Akada up the hill. Pros: Friendly staff, good atmosphere, easy parking Cons: So so haircut, blowout

Laura and Gregory have always tried to put thier customers first. They have a wonderfull staff of Hair Designers. And a Skin Care Specialist who makes you feel like a million bucks. And if you want to be spoiled Belinda will definitely do that. She has also started a new Air Brush Make Up line. Ladies and even Men. If you want to look younger for a new job. She can do it. And the make up last longer and holds up better in hot and humid weather. Weddings, Photo Shoots, Models,or you just want to look great for that special some one. Beleive me she has done that for me over and over. Also with regular make up. But I prefer the Air Brush. Lynn, Andie, Laura, Greg, Ken. Great Hair Designers. And they are not the only ones. I just can't rember thier names. So check them out. A bunch of great people! You won't be sorry. Pros: They are pros when it comes to making you beautifull. Cons: NO complaints!

Andie has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I have to say...amazing! She has a very fun, energetic and personable attitude, yet she is still very professional. She is always ready for me at my scheduled time and gets me out quick, but doesn't make me feel rushed. I am often at a loss when it comes to what I should do with my hair and Andie is always eager to give suggestions. I am happier with my hair now than I have been for a very long time! The rest of the staff is great too. I am not even going to get started about Belinda's magic fingers!

This really is the best Salon in Columbus. I have tried places like Kenneths, Charles Penzone, Regis, even little cheapy places like Choice Cuts. And maybe it was just the beautician working on me but I was never satisfied. I also felt out of my element in places like Charles Penzon. Here at the Laura Gregory Salon located in Grandview, I felt at home. Everyone was so nice, and the place was beautiful. I had Lynn Haske cut, weave, and style my hair and wow!!! My hair has never looked better. I even look younger. Plus Lynn was so nice, it was like having a family member cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted, offered some suggestions and then we went from there. I can't wait to go back again. And I'll be telling everyone I know about the Laura Gregory Salon.

Not only is this the best hair salon, but the spa services provided by Belinda are just icing on the cake! She has mastered the natural nail, taking the most beat up cuticles and messed up nails and transforming them into healthy, strong, pretty nails. When I was in Maui at the Ritz Carlton I thought I would find someone comparable to Belinda. Nope! It was pathetic! As soon as I was in Columbus...straight to The Laura Gregory Salon and back to Belinda to fix everything. Her expertise in skin care far surpasses any "mega" salon and the thorough, relaxing facials put me to sleep every time! The whole salon environment is warm, friendly and very upscale. But here's the best part...it's a neighborhood feel without the "hoyty toyty" snootiness most upscale salons boast. This team has fun! Call Belinda for spa services...you'll discover, like I did for the past 15 years, that she is simply the best! Pros: Warm, friendly, upscale, neighborhood salon without the "hoyty toyty" atmosphere Cons: The only con is that I can't be there 3 times each week for some sort of service!!
