I took my SUV here to get an oil change. The mechanics, upon their usual inspection, found three seals on the vehicle that were leaking. They informed me of the leaks and encourage me to take the vehicle to the dealer for repairs, since the seals were covered by the manufacturer's warranty. After taking the car to the dealer, the leaks did exist and were covered by the warranty. Bob Sumerel's honesty ended up saving my $800 in repairs (according to the dealer). Thanks Bob Sumerel! You have a customer for life.

I recently found this place to get my oil changed when my wife and I moved closer to their Hamilton Road location. I took my (new to me) car there to have the oil changed. They were quick and did the job right without trying to sell me anything. Everyone there was very nice, and I felt like I got a good value for my money. I would return here to get my oil changed in a heartbeat.

Because I know absolutely nothing about cars, I usually feel like I am going to be taken advantage of whenever I need work on it Im sure a lot of women feel the same way. But since Ive discovered Bob Summeral on Hamilton Road I feel so much more comfortable getting my car serviced on my own. Ive had my rear brakes and rotors replaced, fuel filter replaced and my oil changed there. And feel like Ive gotten the best valued service possible. They even suggest ways to save me money. For example, my front brakes were squealing so they took a look at them for me, but suggested I call the place where I got them replaced last year because most likely they are still under warranty. So even though they could have just charged me for new brake pads, they are sending me back to their competitor to save me money. There was also this one time where they quoted me 30-45 minutes for service but the part they were waiting for was held up in traffic so it took about 30 minutes longer. They didnt charge me for labor because of the extra long wait.
