Everyone was very friendly and knew what they were doing. They had the system upgrade installed and functioning in one day. This included an entire new 2-stage, varible speed SEER 16 unit (upgrade from SEER 10), touch screen thermostat, and the addition of a second return air duct. The tempertures in out house are now better balanced then before. The unit installed has a lifetime warrenty on the commpressor as compared to 5 or 10 years on others. I would diffently recommend American Heating & Cooling to anyone.

Our chihuahua 'Itty-Bit' had a double hernia that needed surgery. Dr. Riddick was so sweet with her, she knew right away what all needed to be done, she explained every part of the procedure ahead of time, and she even gave her something to calm her down and let us stay and love her until she was comfortable (to make seperation easier) before surgery. When we left our baby right before the surgery, she was comfortable and at ease, which made it much easier on our family. When we picked her up the next morning, she was happy to see us, and she didn't act distressed over the situation. She has never been boarded, so this was a very tense time for us, but Dr. Riddick calmed our anxieties as much as Itty-Bit's. Her care and concern go beyond the pet. A couple of months later we were back with our other chihuahua 'Tigger' with some unusual knots on her stomach that Dr. Riddick said had the appearance of a particular type of mammory tumor, but before we could even get concerned about the possibility of tumors, she said "I just want to get a better look at this, is it ok if I take a little fluid out of them and look at it under the microscope before we do anything else?" Before she jumped into an expensive surgery, she drew fluid, looked at it herself, and sent it to a lab to double check her own findings, and they were not tumors. There was nothing to worry about, and she calmed my nerves before I even had a chance to get upset. She gave me the option to remove the knots if I wanted to, but it wasn't necessary, just cosmetic. She loves her 'people' clients, as well as, her 'pet' clients. Anyone who meets Dr. Riddick can tell how much she loves animals. It is quite obvious that veterinarian medicine is not her job, it is her life.

I just discovered Fountain City Coffee, and wish I had earlier. They are located downtown, have tons of drinks to choose from as well as some food items- like sandwiches. the ambiance is great. Local artists on the walls, and free internet access!

This is a unque place where you can get a famous scrambled dog and visit a pharmacy counter lunchbox area like back in the fifties! It is adorable and nostaligic. My family thought this was a lot of fun to do. They enjoyed the scrambled dogs which is aaaan american treat, mostly people in the south eat it. I wont spoil the surprise if you dont know what is in a scrambled dog. They also do old fashioned sodas. All sorts of goodies , reminds me of a time long gone.

This is my favorite place to eat. It is so elegant and the food is amazing. You have not had chinese until you have eaten here. They have the most amazing floor which is glass so you can see the huge fish in their pond inside and they also have a waterfall. It is so peaceful even with the kids. They also have a pond outside where you can feed the fish. I love the food, the menu has it all. They have kids meals as well. They won several awards too.

These guys are the best in the lawn care services I've seen around the Columbus, Ga area! The price was the most reasonable I've received for the job I wanted done on my property. I wasn't trying to pay an "arm & leg" for lawn care service especially with the economy the way it is (I need all the savings I can get for qualilty service). I will remain a customer of Four Seasons Lawn Care for all my lawn care & landscaping needs. Thanks alot!

You will never taste barbeque this tender and flavorful - ever! When these guys did it, they did it right! They have a plain cinderblock building with tables & chairs. CMT is probably on the TV. No Frills, just dang good barbeque. It's family owned & operated and the family will treat you like one of their own. They have a "to die for" mustard-base bbq sauce, which is a secret family recipe. I live 90 miles away, but each time I go through town I stop in, walk up to the counter and they know my order before I even open my mouth! Now, thats service! You can also go to their other location, Brennan Road BBQ. (By the way, they DO have hotdogs and scramble dogs, but dont miss out on the bbq)
Pros: great food, reasonable prices, good people
Cons: needs more locations, gets crowded quick, smoking environment
