I left the downtown YMCA after 10 years to join Hampton Hill. I needed a change and this was a perfect one. It is modern, clean, friendly staff, FANTASTIC instructors and personal trainers. I have taken almost every class they offer. The instructors are the best and the classes are high energy. You can work at all fitness levels. I have been working with a personal trainer for 2 months and it has been worth it. Hampton Hill offers a week trial membership. If you think they may be for you, check it out. I love it! more

Great Gym! 10/24/2005

Everything you could think of! Big, new, and very nice gym. They offer classes and there are plenty of machines to go around. The only thing that it lacks is a lap pool and a sauna which I would expect for the membership prices. more

Not much bang for the buck 10/24/2005

I had a great experience and the massage therapist was very nice, but I had paid an extra $25 for a scalp, neck, and face massage and she only massaged my neck and that should have just been included with the regular massage... so I don't feel like I got what I paid for. more
