Peking Restaurant is the best Chinese in Columbia. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the food is a great value. I encourage everyone to check them out. I have been going to these folks since they opened and the owners are the best!

I love the fact that you can pick and choose your own mix-ins and your own ice cream. it makes every customer feel like an ice-cream inventor. The pre-set menu has some wonderful options as well. While the price is not cheap for this ice cream, they portions are very large, don't be fooled by the small cup sizes, they can really pack the ice cream into them.

The only reason I gave it 2 stars was for the flower quality, which was not lacking. What was lacking was the customer service. I asked the owner to honor the terms on a charity fundraiser card, and when she didn't and I complained she told me to "take a pill, lady." I don't care how busy you are, what time of year it is, or whether or not it's for charity, you don't treat anyone that way, and especially not a potential customer.
*Note, this was at the West location, by HyVee, but I think it's the same owner for all the Ambrosia's in Columbia.
