I have moved away from Columbia, but when we go visit, I still go in for pedicures. It is a relaxing environment and they always do a great job. I would highly recommend Green Meadows Spa to anyone looking to relax. And you can't beat $35 for an hour long pedicure!

My husband bought me a day of beauty and rest from Green Meadows for my birthday. It was heavenly. The half hour massage had me so relaxed. I got the best manicure and pedicure, not to mention the facial. Evereone there was so nice and helpful. I felt like a queen and nearly floated out the door after my time there. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a special treat to give a girlfriend, wife, mother, etc.

LuLu's is a great stop to find some unique products not found anywhere else in Columbia. I especially love the Lerbolario line, which is straight from Italy. Also has great meditation pillows and music as well as teas and books.

My teenage daughter and I went to Natural Nail Care Clinic for mother/daughter manicures. They were very nice. My daughter chews on her nails and I keep mine very short because of scratching. The clinician we each had was very nice and explained each step they were taking in the process and why.
Both young ladies seemed to know a lot about nails and treatments for various issues having to do with nails and hands.
This is a very clean environment.
PROS: Friendly, clean environment.
CONS: A little pricey.

I love going to Fantastic Sam's. The stylists always listen to what I ask for and give me exactly that. They are so helpful in answering questions. You know it's a great place too when they give free haircuts if you donate your hair to Locks of Love. Any business involved with an organization as fine as that is definitely one I want to patronize and one I would recommend that my friends and family patronize as well.

I like working out at Curves, especially using the Smart Card. It tells you how hard you are working and how your range of motion is. However, I have never liked the hours. They close for two hours in the middle of the day and are not open on the weekends. If you really want to change peoples lives and help them work out more, you would be open more!
