Service at this particular Burger King is glacially slow. I have waited in the drive thru line for thirty minutes. Whenever we would go inside, the wait could be 20 minutes, and then the order would be incorrect. When we would go to the counter to have the order corrected, the employees would act like it was a huge deal to fix the problem.
After a number of experiences like this, we decided that despite the awesome play place, we would never go to this particular BK again. And we haven't.
PROS: proximity to my house
CONS: slow and bad customer service
