When I came across this store I was so excited. They have everything a teacher, homeschooler, or a parent wanting to help their child learn could want. I was amazed by the selection. They have toys, but most of them are learning type toys. They have tons of books, workbooks, educational board games, things for bulletin boards (for school and church). It really is a terrific place to shop and the prices are not bad, especially considering it would be much more to order these type of things from a catalog or online.

My daughter had to go to Kinkos to get a school report printed and bound for her middle school project. Despite the disk her files were saved on being somehow messed up, the clerk on duty spent time and effort to get the files off and put back properly. Prices were a little expensive for printing services, but the staff on a whole was extremely helpful and friendly, so you get what you pay for with customer service.

Children's World Learning Center is both a great place to take your child and a great place to work. Children are seperated into rooms by age: up to one year, one year olds, 2s, 3s, 4s, preK, and school-age. The teachers genuinely care about the children in their care. Do not be put off by the fact that many college students work there. Many of those students are education or child care majors and are truly interested in working with children. Each class has a schedule that includes: breakfast, lunch, snack, outside time (in the summer splash time), circle time and center time. Lesson plans are made monthly and set on a weekly themes.
