I went into the Natural Nail Care Clinic and had a pedicure on 3-12-07. The service was excellent, but the prices were very high!! The little girl that did my pedicure was very professional and polite. She did wonderful work, but for what you pay, there is not enough steps involved in the whole pedicure process. I went into the Answer Salon on the Rangline and BlueRidge intersection and had a pedicure. It was 35.00 for the pedicure and the gentleman named Fred was awesome!!! He spent 1.5 hours on my feet and not because they were bad, and the massage was oh, so great!!
Anyway, back to the Natural Nail Care Clinic. The service was great, but it seems that she can never keep enough staff. The girls do not seem happy and the owner seems like a real two faced person. She watches over the girls like they are incompetent and know nothing about what they are doing. I would not reccommend this place to anyone.

My teenage daughter and I went to Natural Nail Care Clinic for mother/daughter manicures. They were very nice. My daughter chews on her nails and I keep mine very short because of scratching. The clinician we each had was very nice and explained each step they were taking in the process and why.
Both young ladies seemed to know a lot about nails and treatments for various issues having to do with nails and hands.
This is a very clean environment.
PROS: Friendly, clean environment.
CONS: A little pricey.

I have been to Natural Nare Care Clinic twice, both times with my college age daughter. We went to get pedicures, which you have to make an apppointment for. Manicures, I was told over the phone, they can do on a walk-in basis, which is nice! The clinic is very nice, the pedicure chairs are top of the line with heat and massage features. They greet you at the door and ask if you would like something to drink. They treat you like a top end salon would. Both times I had pedicures there it was by clinicians who were young and being watched over by the owner. The owner came over to make sure they were doing what they were suppose to. I thin this was not professional, especially the way she talked to them, like they were her children, maybe it was a control issue. The clinicians did not seem to be very happy with theowner after she hoveredover their shoulders telling them what to do. The quality of the work was not worth the $40 it cost for the pedicure but I gave them a second chance like I usually do with a business. The second time around, it was no different, alot of hovering and correction of the clinicans from the owners and mediocre work so I have not gone back. They are very nice there. I would give them a 5 star rating for that but overall I give them a satisfactory rating.
PROS: very nice, greet you at the door
CONS: mediocre work
