I have used Schilby's for years. I have tried quite a few other places in town, and none of them reach the quality of service and honesty of the staff at Schilby's. Any work they have done is reliable and guaranteed. They are friendly and helpful. Even when working with my teenage drivers, they are honest and really try to get the best deal for them. Never felt intimidated when I had my new style Tundra done last year....

I purchased 2 new tires, had one repaired, and had and alignment done.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Product selection was very good, and the service was timely.
The service technician took the time to look at my car and tires. He even suggested that some of the service I was expecting to have done would not be worth the money.
He also took the time to explain what was done when the car was picked up, and provided the alignment print outs.
I was very impressed, I highly recommend Big O.

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER REVIEWED ANY BUSINESS,BUT AFTER MY EXPERIENCE WITH THRESA @ PERRY NISSAN I FELT I SHOULD SHARE. MY DAUGHTER IS GOING TO SCHOOL @ MU AND NEEDED HER NISSAN SERVICED. THRESA WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN GETTING OUR PROBLEMS FIXED AND COMMUNICATING WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE CAR. SINCE I COULD NOT BE PRESENT FOR MY DAUGHTER i.e. RUNNING HER CAR AROUND AND GETTING IT BACK TO HER AND JUST HANDLEING ALL THE LOOSE ENDS, I WAS SO HAPPY TO HAVE THRESA ON THE OTHER END MAKING SURE IT WAS ALL DONE TO A MOTHERS SATISFACTION. SO MY WORD OF ADVICE TO OTHER PARENTS OF MU STUDENTS? GO OUT AND BUY THEM A NISSAN-AT LEAST IF THEY EVER NEED SERVICE IT WILL BE ONE LESS HASSLE YOU WILL HAVE TO DEAL WITH.

Privitt auto service does great work and they are honest as well. Which is unusual in this day. The family run business, grandfather, father and son, will look at your car and give you a fair estimate for service. If you decide to have the work completed by Privitt Auto, they doe a quick and good job with your car. Then they explain everything they??ve done.
PROS: Gerat service, reasonable prices
CONS: Might need to wait a day or two for parts or because they are busy.

They are nice, know what they are doing and did not treat me like I was wasting their time. They did a great job on the tint on my new car. They price matched the cheapest quote that I got but used a better tint. Thanks Kyle.

These guys remember me when I walk in, even after six months. That's impressive. They even remember what they did to my car after that amount of time. Never had to have anything reworked. Maybe a little expensive, and did have to wait for a while.
