I have used Schilby's for years. I have tried quite a few other places in town, and none of them reach the quality of service and honesty of the staff at Schilby's. Any work they have done is reliable and guaranteed. They are friendly and helpful. Even when working with my teenage drivers, they are honest and really try to get the best deal for them. I purchased 2 new tires, had one repaired, and had and alignment done.
The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. Product selection was very good, and the service was timely.
The service technician took the time to look at my car and tires. He even suggested that some of the service I was expecting to have done would not be worth the money.
He also took the time to explain what was done when the car was picked up, and provided the alignment print outs.
I was very impressed, I highly recommend Big O.

These guys remember me when I walk in, even after six months. That's impressive. They even remember what they did to my car after that amount of time. Never had to have anything reworked. Maybe a little expensive, and did have to wait for a while.
PROS: good work

if i could rate zero stars, i would. if i could rate NEGATIVE STARS, i would. i have never been treated so horribly in my entire life - these dudes are the stereotypical car mechanics that give mechanics everywhere a bad name. and, silly me, i gave them THREE chances to not screw me over, and yet, each time, they did, royally.
the topper, was when they tried charging me 200 bucks after a safety inspection on a new car (which passed with flying colors at columbia auto by the mall). and THEN, had the nerve to try to SCARE me into purchasing new, unneeded belts because my "power steering is sure to go out soon" while i drove.
