I bought a used car from these guys who promised to have a new timing belt and water pump installed as part of the purchase. When I happened to stop at another dealership because of noise, they said the intended work had never been done. When I confronted the salesman, he said to bring it in on a certain day. On that day, I took off from work and the sale guy never bothered to call me back. In fact, it took 2 hrs to get a sales mgr who then never got back to me. Toyota makes a great product. I have owned lots of these cars. But this dealership is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. Pros: none Cons: Didn't do promised work
