Food was pre prepared and became dry, mushy and cold. Was not real chicken and most tasted as if it came out of a box. Very disappointed in the quality and the serving of this food. Will always tell anyone thinking about a party here to think about another place.
Pros: Historical
Cons: Prepared boxed food

Tell you what, this place has the most awful service I have encountered! The manager was sucking face with a customer, whom I believe was an off duty employee. Severly distracted from running our card by her lover, she was rude to us when we asked her to check out! When did restuarant service accpet this behavior as ok?
Pros: The pizza was good
Cons: The con was the overweight manager locking lips with a customer!

My family are picky eaters. When it comes to eating out, we have a difficult time trying to agree on a place. We decided to eat at Guisepe's surprisingly everyone found something to meet thier palate.
Our visit was on 6/26/08 around 12:30 or so during lunch time. The salad bar was teriffic, slightly pricey, but contained many items which were meals in themselves.
My daughter ate a calzone and loved it.
I had the lunch special of the day and it was delicious.
My wife ate all of her philly cheese steak and loved it.
We did wait over 10 minutes for a table but the food made it worth it.
We were happy for once in a great while.
We will be back
Pros: good food, large menu
Cons: waiting for a table

Well it must of been at least a year since my last visit to the old train depot. My husband and I decided to give it a second try. I can remember the bad service and a long wait as well as waiting about 30 minutes for our food on our last visit almost a year ago.
We went in to dine again sometime during the last week of February. Our waitress loitered around the salad bar with a couple other waitresses and chatted, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. However, we were seated right away and food was brought out to us quickly, and it was delicious! My husband wanted to order another to bring home for lunch the next day.
My husband ordered a dinner special, which was chicken saltimbocca. My husband wanted to order another to bring home for lunch the next day. Also,
He enjoyed that it was the most affordable item there. I had the chicken parmigan and it was pretty good as well. I have decided to give this place a second chance, and am glad. thumbs up!
Pros: great views and large salad bar
Cons: sloppy service and distracted waitresses

Hello, my name is Michael, and I have eaten here for about 4years now. I have seen a lot of changes here, and my last dining experience proved itself to be the best. I had the best lunch which was a baked chicken penne with pepperoni and melted cheese in a tomatoey creamy sauce, Mmmmm.
I only hopeyou will put this item on your menu, please!
Also, the Rueben is always good!
Pros: Delicious salad bar!
Cons: overpriced a tad

This place is a mainstay in Colorado Springs and truly one of the great restaurants that's differentiated from all of the chains. If you come to Colorado Springs, this is simply one of the places you HAVE to visit.
The menu is diverse, but the one thing you can't miss is the pizza. It's truly an experience, with a medium-thick crust, a homemade sauce, and generous (and I mean really generous!) toppings. The owner of the restaurant, Ed Colt, still works in the kitchen everyday after some 30+ years and is back there cooking pizzas, so you owe it to yourself to try his amazing recipe.
This place is HUGE- it seats about 600 people with 9 or 10 different rooms with totally different atmospheres. Try to get a trackside seat so you've got a direct view of the trains- they still roll by every hours and it's a lot of fun when the whole place rumbles with a big freight train!
All in all, just a great, fun place with the kind of character you can't find easily. The building is some 120+ years old and is really amazing.
Pros: Great pizza, atmosphere.
Cons: Menu is a little overwhelming. Can get very crowded.

I revieved luke warm food that made me sick later. I wrote the resturant and requested some kind explaination. I was told that the food should have been great by thier standards. I hope their standards improve. As far as recomending this place to anyone else. I must say you might be getting food of the train and that train has been sitting there for a while.
Pros: looks like a great place to have a good time
Cons: cold resturant and cold food
