After touring the facility I was impressed with the politeness of the staff. I did not feel pressure to sign a contract & the place looks great. There was a great selection of equipment. I really liked it.

The club is a nice size. The equipment is a little old. The staff seems a little uninterested. Theri kids club is nice staff is friendly. The sales staff is a little pushy. All in all it is what you expect it to be. Anytime you want something done they tell you they have to check with the corporate office (really to change a TV channel) They do have a pool ands whirpl pool...not so clean however...but it must be hard to clean a club that is open 24HRs a day. All in all it is what it is!
Pros: open 24 Hrs
Cons: everything seems to need to go thru the Corp office

I have found the perfect place to get my eyebrows waxed. I was greeted by the friendly staff and was seen in a timely manner. I have never been happier with a wax job. I will be returning. My eyebrows have never looked as nice as they have looked since I have gotten them done. I highly recommend them.

My hair was horrible! Then one of my friends recommended Kim to me. I decided it was time to get my hair in better shape. Kim was fun and knew exactly what to do with my hair. It came out beautiful. She is officially my hairstylist for life!

The laser technician was great in her treatment but she talks too much about her personal life. She is a sweet person then I found out she was the owner. If you don't mind hearing about her life story then she is probably the best in town for laser hair removal. She did seem a bit lost when it came time to pay. That can turn a person off and it comes across as unprofessional but as far as laser goes she is good.
Pros: good laser treatment
Cons: tech (owner) talks too much about herself

I went in for a whole day package plus a hilight and haircut! I was there for over 6 hours getting services done. I have done this other places, but I can definitely tell these ladies know what they are doing! I met the owner and she is very genuine and the entire staff love her.
I loved my services and will definitely be back. I got this as a gift and couldn't wait to use it! I am extremely busy with school and kids, but I knew that I had to make time for myself. I would never let a gift like this expire, especially at such a wonderful place! Thanks to all the girls! I had a fantastic time!!!
