We are a family of four. If we go any where else, we end up paying more then $45. for 4 tickets, 1 large drink, 1 small drink & 1 large popcorn. That we all have to share. That is ridiculously expensive. Not every one has that kind of money to spend on a night out. At this price we couldn't possibly afford to go out for a movie as often as I would like. Thanks to picture show at about $18 now I can. That's a big difference. And on a tuesday even better.
Pros: Good price on tickets & concessions.

What made our trip so special was it was for my daughter's birthday. Then we ordered all our stuff and I pull out my card to pay and then they don't take it. Not only is it not posted anywhere but I go to use the atm and you can only pull money out in $20. increments. So my husband drives clear across town to get the money out comes back. Well by then we already missed 40 minutes of the movie. So we get the kiddos back in the car and then we have to listen to our son cry forever. So thanks for the magical evening at the theater literally.
Pros: I don't get to take my kids out often thought it would be a
Cons: They don't take debit or credit cards.

The Picture Show at Citadel Crossing is by far the best deal for the cost of a movie and refreshments when comparing other movie theaters here in the Springs. The Picture Show is my favorite place to go out to see a movie, at a reasonable price, with my wife. We both appreciate viewing a great movie on the big screen at a cost less than renting. The seats are a little small for me but they are just right for her. The downside is waiting to purchase tickets when the person is buying refreshments just before show time. I recommend coming in a little earlier, grab your favorite place to sit and enjoy the show. While you are relaxing, count your savings and appreciate this great opportunity we have here in the Springs.
Pros: The cost is right for viewing a movie on the big screen
Cons: Waiting to buy tickets close to show time and the seats are dated.

We love the place. The building isn't brand new but it's nicer than the local theater at the mall. The price is great. The deal on popcorn is wonderful. (Be sure to find out about their free refill policy.) And they have a LOT of great movies. Sure, they're at the end of their run, but the deal is so good that we almost never go to the full-price theaters; it's not worth it. We wait and pay 15-20% of the other places. Go for it!
Pros: Price, selection of movies, popcorn
Cons: Takes a while for movies to get to this theater

The best part of this theater is it costs you just a dollar a show and half a dollar on Tuesdays. What more could you ask for. Recently I
saw Madagascar. There are 6 shows going on simultaneously so you can choose to your liking. The seats are comfortable and their is a popcorn available at the entrance. The only negative point is you do have to wait for around a couple of months after the worldwide release for the movie to be screened here. I absolutely love this place.

This theater is a favorite because they show movies that are no longer new but have not yet been released on video.
Ticket prices are 50 cents on Tuesday, $1 before 6PM, and $1.50 after 6PM.
They offer an average of 12 movies at a time, and there is always something for everyone. And this theater has the best popcorn of any theater in town!
Going to the movies is not a major investment when coming here, and the kids can go several times a week for only a few dollars.
Since the movies are no longer a new release, the theater is rarely crowded. It is located right across the street from the Citadel Mall, and can be accessed on the bus line.
