I have been using their service every other week for more than 10 years now and I can tell you that I am very happy with their service. They show up up when they say they are going to show up and do an excellent job every time. What more can you ask for? Their rates are reasonable and they are flexible and always willing to work with me when I need to make a schedule change because of guests coming, vactaions, etc. I have told my friends about them and they have had the same good results as I have .. kudo's to Colorado Springs House Cleaning Service, their management and employees ..you have a customer for life in me.

After reading outstanding reviews and checking out their impressive website, the actual cleaning service came up short. We arranged for a move-in cleaning...it was hard to tell anything had been cleaned. I must say the office staff was very responsive and considerate. However, the girl that came to our home spent her time texting instead of efficiently cleaning - perhaps that is why they "ran out of time" and couldn't complete the job! If you need something other than weekly cleaning (such as a move-in or move-out), I suggest hiring a crew based on the actual completion of the service, not a set number of hours "worked" with no guarantee the job will get done. I also recommend finding a cleaner who manages and completes the job themselves, instead of going through a company who "oversees" their cleaners - there is a major difference in accountability.

I have been having them clean my new home for quite a few months now after having hired them initially to do a move out cleaning of my old house and a move in of my new house. I can't say enough good things about them. They do what the promise! I am very picky and expect to get what I pay for .. I have no regrets with them ever...They do excellent work. I have been VERY happy with them. Its so nice to come home from work to a sparkling clean house. I wish I had found them sooner, but better late than never! I highly recommend them. I am sure you will be just as thrilled with them as I am.
