Then bring it to AAA Vacuum at the Southwest corner of Flintridge and Academy next to Joe's bar. They are a local family owned business who repairs and sells vacuums of ANY KIND!! All their work has a 90 day guarantee. Their vacuum bags are buy two get one free. Cheaper then Walmart in the end!! They sell all sorts of vacuums new and rebuilt. They can clean up your vacuum for $24.95. (which when they are done it looks brand new!!) Their estimates are free!! They sell LOTS of smelly stuff (which I LOVE) for your house and carpet. They are a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Try them out!! Oh and I almost forgot to mention that I got my vacuum back the next day!!! They promise that and he said he would drop it off if I needed him too.....!!!

While I have never been a big fan of Best Buy, my poor review of them has more to do with the building, and not the products, service, etc. Simply put, the store *stinks*. Horribly. I'm not sure if it's the glue they used to put their carpet down or what, but there is a horrible chemical smell in this place, and every time I go in, I get a headache and feel sick within about 5 minutes. I feel SO sorry for the people who work there. I have been in another Best Buy that had this problem as well. I'm not sure what the deal is, but the company really needs to figure out what is causing this problem and correct it. The North Academy store is not like this, and I usually go to that store now, if I find myself in need of stopping at a Best Buy... I usually avoid the chain as much as I can, though. I have never been all that impressed with their customer service, and it seems like you always spend a good amount of time waiting in line - no matter what location you're at. I recommend Circuit City instead.
