Everyone who I have worked with here has gone out of their way to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The bridesmaids gowns that I got here were beautiful and the best thing my girls could wear them again! This experience was everything I could have asked for! Thanks a Bunch!!!!!

I love that they have batting cages and video games. I go here with some of my friends just to get away from everyday living. The prices are ok. The food is so so. Just like any other golf/game place. They even have bumper cars as well. The service is good and I love the variety. Great place to take the kids as well. Fun to be had indoors and out.

I recently requested a singing telegram for my mother on her 48th birthday, which landed on Mother's Day this year. I live in Virginia Beach, VA and wasn't able to be there for her birthday. I was able to watch the show through webcam though and thoroughly enjoyed myself!! I laughed so hard until I cried!! The only way this could have been better was if I was actually there. I hope Annie Belle will be in business in two years for her 50th, I will definitely contact her for the occasion.

Antlers Hilton, located in Colorado Springs, CO, is a hotel that had disaster written all over it from the start.
We exited the freeway and we were able to find the hotel without a problem. However, we had to circle the entire building before we found the underground hotel parking. When we checked in, we were informed that there was a $8.50 parking charge (per day) for parking in the underground hotel parking structure. I could understand hotels charging for parking if it was located in a city where public parking is scarce but the hotel's surrounding areas were spacious and the city, in general, wasn't very crowded at all. Not to mention, when we booked the hotel, we were never told that there would be a parking charge. This was unethical on their part and needless to say, none of us were all that thrilled to have to pay for parking at a hotel that we were staying in. After checking in, we were then told that the doors to the hotel rooms were malfunctioning so that the "engineer" had to fix the rooms before we could get a door card. We had to wait 15 minutes before someone escorted us to our room and then shortly, someone came by to give us the door card after programming it. The "engineer" informed us that we were entitled to 1 card (instead of 2) because the doors were giving him a problem. From what I gathered, the only problem was that the hotel failed to pre-program the door cards for their guests and called it a problem because of their negligence.
We entered our room after this terrible wait only to find a small room with 2 beds and extremely thin walls. Needless to say, I was NOT impressed and Antlers Hilton left a sour taste in my mouth for the grief that we had to endure. I would never, in a million years, stay at this hotel again and I would recommend everyone against staying at this pathetic excuse for a hotel. You're better off staying at a motel!
