He was on time, courteious, reviewed the area with me prior to cleaning, looking for any 'abnormal' stains, etc. He was quick, but did a super job. With a 2 year old our carpet had seen better days, but now, it looks almost new!

Steve was a dream to work with! He went way above and beyond the job. I needed my trim work redone and without my even asking he went and got what was needed and did the job himself. Once the project actually started, the various tradesmen were scheduled in quick succession so as to complete the project quickly and efficiently.
