On a recent trip to office depot I was able to find exactly what I wanted & more. I was greeted by great employees. When I had a question I was able to answer it with no problems or having to hunt someone down. I was even able to get help out to my car with a large item I had purchased!

Had a simple 2 sided color document to copy. The document folded up into a neat little reference guide the size of a business card. The first clerk chopped off the header of the document, and claimed it was an odd sized document. It was odd sized, but not over the standard 8.5" x 11" paper. Should it matter at a copy center anyway? The second clerk didn't copy it right either; at least the first clerk managed to get the front side and back side aligned, so the folds in the booklet were in the right place. Problem is, I didn't realize it was still botched until I got home. I called and asked to talk to the manager, and unknowingly I got the assisstant manager. When I told Gary I'd be in for a refund, because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait for them to get it right, he said he didn't have the authority to offer a refund. For crying out loud, it was only $6.38, but he insisted I'd have to wait on hold to speak to the manager. I highly recommend that if you need something for a presentation or even something simple, in a timely manner, you should find another place to have it done. Asst Mgr Gary and his crew are lacking the knowledge and skill to get your job done. The only satisfaction I got from them is knowing that I may have prevented some unsuspected person from wasting their time and money with these jokers. Hope the $6.38 was worth the damage to your reputation.
