I was just like you .. had heard stories about them stealing etc. but I have a cleaning person coming once a month. It's actually either 2 or 3 but most of the time it's been 3 and they do a GREAT job. When I signed up, I said I only wanted ENGLISH SPEAKING people .. I wanted to be able to communicate with them and them with me, 100%. She said she would only schedule the crew to my home as in my request. They have always been great at my house, nothing taken and nothing broken. They usually are scheduled for a Monday for me and on Friday I receive a call to remind me what time I'm on the list. I usually get a morning clean .. but not always .. I also requested that I get a morning clean when possible. They are a privately owned company, bonded and it's the owner's husband that comes to my home .. he is tall and can reach high places. I LOVE my cleaning people.
