The sales team is great, they answered all questions and were very helpful. The guy we dealt with in financing was also great. The problems come in after you've bought the car. We paid for a warranty, only to find out that it didn't cover everything that we had been led to believe it did, so if you intend to get one definately ask for everything about it in writing. The service department people are also very nice and helpful, but I think they're a little understaffed. When I took my car in I had to call and check on how it was doing, they didn't seem to have time to call me about it. Great place to buy a car, little questionable when it comes to servicing the car.

I took in my '95 Passat to get a simple oil change at the dealership. I bought the car used and had only used smaller independent mechanics before. They have a neat drive-in garage bay area where you check your car in. I decided to wait there for the car since over the phone they had said ~1 hour and when I got there they said ~ 1.5 hours. It took them nearly 3 hours...to do an oil change. Even once the car got IN the garage it still took nearly 2 hours. And in the end, they didn't even vacuum out the floor of the inside, which I thought was standard practice. On the bright side, they have an extremely comfy waiting area with a free drink bar. And the people are friendly. And the oil change was only a couple bucks more than the discount places, which can't service VWs because of the internal oil filter.
