My husband and I were in the market for a used SUV earlier this year. We didn't want to spend a lot of money, and after looking online, we found a Jeep that looked interesting at the local Lexus dealer. We headed over to look at it.
When we got there, we informed the salesman we talked to about the vehicle we wanted to see (which was priced around $7000 - not much at a Lexus dealer). He took us outside to look for it. When we got to it, it really didn't look so hot. He told us that they hadn;t had time to clean it up yet, and that it had a few problems that needed fixed. He then proceeded to say that if we were looking for a 4 wheel drive, he had something else we might like... Immediately the little red light in my head starts going off, he's going to show us something expensive. Instead he tooks us over to show us an absolutely immaculate and LOADED Ford Explorer that was price just $1000 above what the Jeep was. The weather was bad that day, so he offered to pull it into their service department so we could take a look. We looked it over, he went with us for a test drive, we came back and thought it over... And we ended up purchasing it.
I suppose it sound fairly basic, but keep in mind... this is a Lexus dealer. This salesman is taking his time with us over an $8000 used car, when there are other customers he could have been trying to get to, that were looking at NEW cars. Also, never once did he put ANY pressure on us to purchase. He didn't try any of that monthly payment garbage or the "let me talk to my manager/finance guy" routine, like I've had happen at other dealers. He was honest, forthcoming and patient with us as we made our decision. AND he never made us feel bad, for looking for such a "cheap" deal. I've had other dealers that have done that...
To top all this off, we paid about $4000 BELOW book for this SUV! And we are so happy with it, let me tell you! It is top of the line, runs great, and has had no problems at all. I can't tell you how happy we are with our car and how happy I am with the experience we had at Lexus! I recommend them to ANYONE in the market for an automobile!

I have never seen my 2002 Jetta look so new in years . After his special coating the water just beads up and rolls off my car!
i can actually just spray it down the car with a hose if it gets dusty and it rolls the dirt right off!!
He details like none other.
Totally professional and unbelievably friendly!!
Just have lots of cool water for him to drink!

We get all our tires from Peerless. They're courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, quick and they'll work with you to get what you want at the price you want. I've tried and tried to get better prices than they have several times, but they're always the low price leader, even lower than Sam's Club. Finally, I gave up and just go to Peerless because I know I'm going to get the best deal. I highly recommend them.

"Hutch" is the Best! He is so honest and he knows all about every kind of car. We have recommended him to so many friends and everyone agrees that he rocks. He charges less than any other mechanics and will not fix something that does not need it. We have actually paid him extra because we have thought he has not charged enough. Now how is that for service. My family drives 1 1/2 hours to have him do their repairs and maintenance because they trust him. We have been to many mechanics, but will never find another like Hutch.

This service station is great. They fixed a car that would not run. When is was sold he said to tell the seller that he would do a free Admissions test. They call before any work is done, so no surprises. The car was fixed over 2 years ago and no problems since.

We recently moved to CO Springs from FL. With over 3,000 miles since our last oil change, I needed to locate a place to have that done. A former garage owner advised me that whenever I am having work done on my car and have no recommendations from family or friends, the DEALER is your best place to go.
So, with his advice, I did exactly that.. I used the "Lube Bay" and everyone there was very friendly. They quoted me a little higher price that it would come to .. but it was actually lower than the quote.
I feel I got "perfect" service there .. and I will return for other services.

My whole household has gotten their oil changes at the Grease Monkey on Dublin. They were very friendly, the price was right and they always had time to answer questions for us. We all also got out emissions tests done there. It was quick, reasonable price and again, answered any questions we might have had. All in all, a wonderful experience. If you have to get your oil changed or emissions tested, you might as well have it be without stress!
