About 3 months we set out to buy a GPS system for our car. We did the research and settled on one that had everything that we wanted. We searched all over the net for good prices and then went to Circuit City. They wouldn't come down on their price at all and wouldn't come anywhere near the low price we found on the net. Best Buy came down $150 and were very friendly and eager to make the sale. We had a print out from a website that we had never heard of and really had not planned on buying from them since we didn't know anything about them but Best Buy helped us out and made the sale that day!

Dave himself came out to my place for a washer repair...he had the washer (a whirlpool) apart, found the problem and installed a new pump within 20minutes! Left the old pump part with child's sock still wrapped through the intake (the problem!) and not moving. So far I am very happy. Not sure why other review sounded good but only had 1 star...guessing the person typo'd it.

I bought an expensive room heater. They will tell you they only have one left in the back and after they sell it, the price for new orders is going up. They actually heat their facility with 4-5 of the heaters so the units appear to work better than they actually will in your home. They completely overstate the capability of the unit.
BEWARE: They DO NOT display ot tell you their return policy -- NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS. You will only discover the return policy AFTER you get a receipt for your purchase. They stress the "warranty" on the unit, but never tell you the return policy. BUYER BEWARE these guys are very high pressure, shady sales people.
