So far great service here. Took our MDX in for a 30k checkup and they provided a loaner car free of charge. Prompt follow up regarding the status of the car.

I recently moved to Colorado Springs from the Denver area and was worried about finding my new Acura service center. I have been so impressed with them I have purchased my first vehicle here and received stellar service from Leif, the new sales manager and my salesman Jim Williams. Service has been helpful and have gone the second mile in several circumstances. My mechanic of choice is Paul and my service adviser is also named Paul. Either of these guys make sure I am completely safe on the road.
PROS: All around good service from sales to mechanics.
CONS: Any time in the dealership is a strain on the calender.

I have owned several Acuras which I have loved. I purchased one in Alaska, one in NY, and one in GA. Each experience was better than the next. Everytime I went in for a service or to purchase the new one I was treated with respect and I always felt like the experience couldn't have been any better. Then I came to CO. No kidding, everytime I have gone there has been worse than the last time. Everyone from the Sales Manager to the Receptionist have this attitude like they are better than you. There is no genuine interest in helping you or even in talking to you. By the way this isn't a new development either. I have felt this way for the past year and a half. My reccomendation, make an adventure out of buying an Acura and fly out to Augusta, GA and buy from Acura of Augusta. Or fly to Alaska and buy from Acura Continental in Anchorage. Maybe you like the East Coast, then fly out to New York and find Curry Acura in Scarsdale, NY. Anyway don't buy an Acura in Colorado. :-)
PROS: The only pro is that the Service Department is nice and very thorough.
CONS: Nearly all employees are ridiculously upity and not pleasant to deal with.

Pikes Peak Acura offers terrible service and often seems to try to get over on the consumer. I bought an Acura from a dealer on the east coast prior to my move out west. My girlfriend decided that she was interested in purchasing an Acura as well. The cars we test drove were filthy and werent in the best mechanical condition. Two thumbs down for PPAcura.
