East Coast Lumber and Supply Company offers good service, reasonable prices and a very knowledgable staff. They have a large variety to choose from too. We stocked up on plywood for hurricane season and I was very satisfied
They will carry it out for you which is something that most home improvement centers no longer do.
The staff is very glad to help you and make you feel that your business is appreciated rather than them doing you a favor.

Rev cut with cut your wallet in half. Their lawn mowers are pricey and their service is awful. They are rude and don;t really want to help you when it is close to closing time. If you need parts though they carry it all. We found a lawn mower belt to a 1977 lawn mower that nobody else had. Problem being we had to put up with crap to get that belt and paid $91 dollars for it. They saw us coming and knew nobody had it so they charged us whatever. They didn;t even have a price book for it. But we needed it and they had it. They can also order parts or repair tractors or mowers that are broken. Just get a quote first!

We were new in Cocoa Florida and a neighbor told us about Cashway Furniture. The outside of the store is a little run down in a very old building. Inside, the store was crowded with new furniture and I was very suprised at their prices, very reasonable.
The saleslady was very helpful and nice. No high pressure. We returned a few days later and was waited on by Joe, a comedian or salesman?. His comments about Florida and the furniture business were very funny because we encountered everything he was joking about.
He also let us open an account with his store even being new in town. This store is known for doing their own credit in the store. We did have a minor problem with the love seat we bought but they replaced it a week later.
We were expecting the run around on our problem but Linda the Manager of the store solved it for us. We like this business for its laid back style and friendly attitude.
The delivery guys were very plesant and helped my husband move a few heavy items in the garage. One of the delivery men recommended a good painter to us.
We really like going into the store to make our payments, we always leave smiling.
