My husband and I used to go to this place on our Friday lunch date. It is small with outside and inside seating decorated like a French bistro with French dishes. I used to order the Crab cakes which are delicious. The service is very good. The deserts are different and delicious. This place is pricey though.

Great service on water and replenishment of rolls. The fork that was served was dirty and had to be replaced. My lamb chops were too well done and not frenched. I requested medium rare, more toward rare, but not raw. The waiter then brought me the lamb which was raw. I brought it home to recook it. Rolls were tasteless.
Pros: attractive salads
Cons: meat was not cooked according to request, even though it was redone

We tried Cafe Margaux after it was the only Space Coast restaurant to make Florida Trend's top 25 restaurants in Florida list. We were not disappointed. Margaux has excellent soups, salads with made from scratch dressings, superb service, and moderate prices that reasonable for food of this quality and caliber. Fish lovers are in for a treat as the Margeux regularly offers a fish trio, of a smaller portion of three different fish each with a different preparation and sauce. (Usually it is 3 fish dishes that are also available that night individually as full size menu items). Cafe Margaux has both indoor and outdoor dining options. Their servers are attentive and knowledgeable. This is a charming restaurant that is well worth the drive from Melbourne, or the beachside.
Pros: Tomato Bisque, Fish trio, service, decor
Cons: None
