We have purchased several Honda vehicles from this dealer and have had all of their servicing done there over the last four years, and the service has been outstanding. They assign you to always work with the same Service Representative every time you contact them, and they get to know you personally, and treat you like a friend. Without going into detail and making this too lengthy, I'll say I did have a couple of issues come up that I confronted them on, and they quickly took care of them in the way that I asked. Compared with the numerous other dealers we have dealt with over the years, this one has been by far the best!

This store is a great place to go for auto parts. They were helpful and friendly when I needed some parts for my older car. They didn't mind that I am pretty much ignorant about cars in general. The prices were good, and they had what I needed.
The location is convenient, and there's plenty of parking. The staff can help tell you what you need to know to get the parts you need for your car.

No matter what tires I'm looking for, Big Frank's ALWAYS has the absolute BEST price...even over large tire centers. He gives us advice about which tires are best for us, and tells us which tires have the best warranty available for the price. He doesn't treat you like you're ignorant just because you're a woman. Parking isn't great, and the shop can be a little hard to find sometimes, but I never have to wait long, he always gets us in and out quickly. I recommend this shop to everyone I know, and it's the ONLY place I take my car now for service on tires. You can't lose.

We were driving down A1A when our Chevy trailblazer was rear ended by a car full of teenage girls. They were looking out the window and not paying attention to traffic. The bumpers of both vehicles were totally destroyed, though their car faired far worse. I bought my TrailBlazer to Bob Steele Chevrolet Body Shop to have the Insurance repair work done. Not only was the vehicle completed ahead of schedule, but it looked flawless! They did an excellent job of restoring my vehicle to pre-accident condition. The whole experience was very low hassle and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

I have lived in Florida for 13 years. Auto zone has been my number one shop. They are knowledgeable and professional. No matter what the problem with my car, they can find a part quickly and if need be, they have no problem assisting a gal with putting on a part that is just not possible for her to do herself. Just finished having my Hyundai Santa Fe serviced at Cocoa Hyundai. I had been hearing a terrible rattle in my car and brought my car to several hyundai service dealers in orlando florida.
Everytime they would look through the car, run the same inspections and never found the problem.. but it was a very loud rattle each time I would stop or accelerate or turn. This Santa Fe is not old, it's a 2007 and only has like 20 thousand miles.
Anyway, a friend of mine always makes the drive from Orlando to cocoa hyundais service department and said I should try them. I was about to just trade this santa fe in it was so annoying.
Well it took cocoa hyundais service guys about 30 minutes to figure out that one of the previous repairs made at a orlando dealer had left a nut from a screw driver inside the dash from an AC repair and that was causing the annoying rattle. Problem solved thanks cocoa hyundai!
The best thing other then getting rid of the mystery rattle was how the guys actually LISTENED! They didn't just go tear it apart like the other dealers and run all the same diagnostics that didnt work. After I showed them the noise they zeroed right in on it. Awesome job, I will make the drive back to Cocoa in the future for all my service.
Pros: Excellent Customer Service, Very Fast, Lots of Discounts, Free Coffee and Snacks
Cons: This place was slammed, probably good idea to make an appointment.

Tara's is truly one stop shopping for all your detailing. they do window tinting,spoilers,ground effects, and graphics designs. they have been in business for 15 years. they have full lifetime warranty on all parts and services. they do commerical and residentail too. they do a great job. the window tint has not bubbled or peeled off in two years.

We always take our car to Cocoa Beach Auto Repair because we really trust them with our vechicles. We had made the mistake of trying Winner out because they are just a few miles away.
The neutral safety switch went out on my car. My husband purchased the part at a local parts store thinking he could possibly do it himself but found out he could not. He brought my car to winner and boy did we get screwed over. They charged us way more then we would have paid if we had brought it to our usually mechanic-I found out after the fact. I would never bring my car there again. When you find a place you like and trust-stick with them.
